GH2 designed this spectacular 10,500 square foot multi-use facility on a man made peninsula in Three Forks Harbor, adjacent to the Arkansas River. Designed as the centerpiece of the harbor, the new building houses the offices of the Muskogee City-County Port Authority on one side and a versatile multi-use /meeting facility on the other. The meeting facility has a catering kitchen and facilities to support the banquet room and covered outdoor event area. A large plaza overlooks the harbor with space for outdoor festivals, fishing tournaments, concerts, and boating related events.

GH2 also assisted the client with an update of the overall master plan for the Three Forks Harbor complex.
