GH2 provided architectural design services for three major building projects in the newly developed Nienhuis Park in northern Broken Arrow.

Phase 1 consists of a new 7,000 square foot multi-purpose youth/community center project. The facility includes multi-use meeting rooms, a game room, a canteen, catering kitchen and administrative offices.

Phase 2 includes a new community gymnasium and support spaces. The facility houses two side-by-side full size basketball courts complete with court markings for an array of other court games.

Phase 3 of the project is a 12,000 square foot trade show and conference facility. The planned project includes a small exhibit hall, a banquet room, and two small meeting rooms.

When complete, the three projects will be connected with enclosed corridors and will total over 30,000 square feet of enclosed, flexible space to accommodate a variety of community and private events.
