Tye Turman, area vice president of lodging for Marriott said owner "SJS Hospitality has done a tremendous job in preserving the architectural integrity of the Atlas Life Building while still accommodating modern-day travelers in their beautiful, historic hotel."  SJS hired GH2 to convert the 1920s office building into a modern, comfortable business hotel while keeping the preservation of this historic structure as a top priority.

GH2's conceptual design and programming services for the proposed building structures include a multi-purpose events pavilion designed to host a variety of indoor activities, as well as a small entrance pavilion to accommodate a park office, security, and ticketing services.
