Stability
GH2 was founded by Stan Gralla, in 1972 and has been in continuous practice for 38 years, a record that speaks for itself. We have taken careful steps to transition the firm into the second generation of ownership, and will continue to position the firm to serve the needs of our clients for another 38 years and beyond. GH2 is not a "hire up and fire down" firm, and we are extremely careful in making staffing decisions. This stability results in opportunities for our employees to develop long-term careers at GH2, as well as to develop special expertise in a project type or special technical area.
